About Kishore Bubna

I guide leaders and changemakers to move beyond linear, logical thinking into a deeper way of knowing—one that integrates sensing, feeling, and intuition. My gift lies in creating spaces where insights emerge not just from the mind, but from the whole being.

Though I began my journey as a doctoral student aspiring to be a Professor of Computer Science, life took a different path. Today, I’m an Engineering Leader in the tech industry, a Leadership Coach, and a facilitator of transformative inner work. Along the way, I became deeply curious about the lasting impact of chronic stress and anxiety in the workplace—what I now call corporate trauma. This inquiry led me to immerse myself in trauma healing modalities, including somatics, tension release exercises, breathwork, and the Realization Process.

Over the years, I’ve come to blend the rigor of my technical background with the depth of embodiment practices. I help clients achieve success that is not just measurable, but meaningful—supporting them in making contact with their true nature while navigating complex business realities.

With decades of experience in senior leadership roles and in coaching high-performing professionals, I bring a nuanced understanding of organizational dynamics. I know how to ask bold questions, gently surface the unsaid, and guide clients toward powerful breakthroughs in both inner and outer dimensions of life.

I hold a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), NY, and a B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur. I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and am certified in a range of contemporary approaches to leadership, communication, somatic awareness, mindfulness, and trauma healing.

“Kishore enabled me to go through a holistic transformation in my leadership journey. While my persona, value system, and experience may have gotten me through the door to a leadership role in my career, internally I felt a lack of conviction, confidence, and a lack of clarity in my leadership thinking and methods.  Kishore's intuition about where I was getting stuck, areas I wasn’t exploring, and what I wasn’t articulating about how I really felt, were critical in the discovery process.  He supported me through systematic exploration, realization, and operationalizing the learning into lasting habits, and an impactful leadership style.”
